    SAHPRA and Customs

I did once arrange with a courier to send an item back to a supplier, but it was bacause they couldn't ship it from the point of origin (it wasn't in SA). I'd suggest that you contact the courier and Amazon and ask them for advice....

    SAHPRA and Customs

Never had a reply and wrote it off as an expensive life lesson. I'd contact the courier and ask them if they can remove the multivitamins from the package and have that destroyed by customs and then have the other items cleared.

    SAHPRA and Customs

I emailed my courier to get the final cost for storing/destroying the package, but never heard from them since. I hope this thread will be a strong warning to anyone ordering supplements from abroad :(

    SAHPRA and Customs

Last year I imported multivitamins (for my specific needs) from the US (where they are considerably cheaper), but the package was confiscated by customs pending SAHPRA approval. It was a huge problem getting the S21 form completed since I had to research all the ingredients in the supplements to...

Afrihost launches Pure Fibre – No shaping, throttling, or usage limits

I'm connected and very impressed with the speed and responsiveness of my line. I'd dare say that it's even better than my previous capped accounts. Thank you for sorting it out :)

Afrihost launches Pure Fibre – No shaping, throttling, or usage limits

@AfriMan @Afrihost-Gian So far I'm disappointed with AH's customer service. I took the plunge, cancelled with my current ISP and requested that my line be migrated to AH. It was supposed to take place on the 1st of September and initial communication and feedback was good, but now I'm in the...

Afrihost launches Pure Fibre – No shaping, throttling, or usage limits

@AfriMan So once I'm migrated, how do I claim the cost of migration/cancellation with my old ISP for credit with AH?

Afrihost launches Pure Fibre – No shaping, throttling, or usage limits

I've already requested the cancellation and my ISP has confirmed that it will be effected end of August. So if I sign up now, I'll lose two months of my migration benefit and if I sign up in August, I'll lose the benefit for August (1 month).... So essentially I must sign up after my line has...

Afrihost launches Pure Fibre – No shaping, throttling, or usage limits

I want to migrate, but have a few questions: 1. If I submit my one month calendar notice to my current ISP now, my account will only be cancelled and the line put in the holding pool (OpenServe) at the end of August. Can I apply for Pure Fibre now and select the activation date (1st of...
