    Cool Ideas is excellent, they are only limited (as are all other ISPs) by SADV's lack of after sales service.

    I don't know what you would bother with them, their service is beyond K*k, even Telkom service is better. I DARE them to prove me wrong.

    At this point I have more faith in the existance of Santa than good customer service from SADV.

    My fibre is fixed now. None of the guys (except for pinball wizard) bothered to get back to me last week, but two fabulous women, Chelsea and Onellie got back to me and got the problem sorted this morning. They deserve a raise and a promotion!!!!
