    After the line was deactivated by MFN, I had a downtime of 8 hours. Communication is key to ensure that your downtime is less. There was a bit of back and forth with MFN not wanting to send technician over to do the swap but Afrihost sorted it out.

    I also cancelled with MFN just waiting for them to come and do ONT swap. Hopefully there will not be a down time, but I have LTE backup just incase.

    Metrofibre contractors came to my place after an hour they could not find anything wrong and best advice they gave me was, just switch to another ISP and the calix ONT(router) will be replaced with a normal ONT and then I can plug my own router

    @TymeBank ZA My bank card stopped working, I can't swipe or tap even online purchases are failing. It just says the transaction failed, and I am struggling to do an EFT this morning.
