How to pay arrears in order to reactivate account.

Good day, i have been trying to pay my arrears on line but as soon as I press the pay now link. There is no link taking me to where i can settle the amount in arrears. I am unable to pay because Rain provides no account details to make deposit when you unable to pay online.
