    Speed has dramatically increased, and it looks like all of a sudden I am getting what I am paying for. 48Mbps down & 56Mbps up :D Many thanks for sorting it out. What exactly was the problem?

    I did, but I also requested a downgrade to 10 Mbps (due to the fact that SADV are not capable of supporting anything better) and they merged the tickets.

    I had issues all of yesterday and the day before, tested at various times, even this morning at around 01H00. Cannot get over 9.6Mbps down on a SADV 50/50. I have logged a ticket.

    Sad man, I know how it feels :mad:. Report it via the callcentre. Are you also having troubles with large amounts of broadcast traffic looking for IP addresses?
