    The ANC admitted many years ago - mid 2000's - that BEE was not working as they had anticipated, but the gravy train was already full of cadres so the ANC saw no reason to stop it...

    It's all about the government's arrogance to enforce BEE obligations on Starlink, which requires resellers to do so, but this goes against Starlink's global operating model.

    One can only be bemused by the arrogance of SA authorities trying to impose a business model on Starlink to enforce BEE, that goes against it's global operating model (no resellers), that keeps SA without Starlink and those in rural communities that would benefit significantly with Starlink...
