    No, they provide a service. Think of it like you fill up your tank, the fact that you drove into a group of people killing 5 down the read has nothing to do with the petrol station owner.

    No, there is no benefit unless it is a cash-flow issue. When the price is higher one month further, you rush to fill up at the price you were trying to avoid, this it is only the price difference for one month (over all time).
