    CellC refusing to blacklist stolen phone

    Hi I need urgent help. My phone got stolen at work, I went to cell c to report . They couldn't blacklist it instore so a form was sent to the gead office and till today I'm still waiting on them to blacklist it. It has been more than 3 weeks already and I need the ITC number for the insurance...
