    Same problem here. And with my girlfriends Series 2. I've been talking to Apple Support on Twitter but no luck so far. Very annoying. Update: Apple twitter support have now opened a case and are going to call me during the week. Will keep you updated.

    Managed to pick up 3 this morning! Got to Sandton Drive iStore at 05h20 with a friend (gold aluminium for him and I and a silver aluminium for my gf). They had the silver aluminium and one gold aluminium. Bought those two and managed to get them to check the system for another gold aluminium...

    So the istore has now said that the phone can be replaced because of a bad battery...but it can't be replaced as I dented the bottom corner of the phone. Apparently my warranty is now void. Anyone had this experience before?
