    LOL, my experiences are always also in a small rental car. Apart from the highways, the drivers in Durban's CBD also scared me, as stop signs and red traffic lights sometimes are seen as suggestions more than the law.

    Spent a lot of time driving in cities during my time in a sales position. Durban, for me, definitely has the most drivers who either disregard or don't know traffic laws.

    I have 2 cars that I drive regularly. Have been pulled over and caught without my licence when it was in the other car.

    I do. It has my debit card, credit card and driver's licence. Occasionally there's cash in there too. Oh, and slips. A lot of slips. I chuck the slips out every couple of months when my wallet becomes too thick and people think I'm loaded.

    When I lived in Gauteng I used to do 60km to work and 60km back, while the wife did 80km to work and 80km back in the opposite direction. Now I do 6km to work and 6km back. The wife works from home, but she drives 2km to school and back every day.

    I dont have the technical abilities for DIY, and worse, I have no patience at all. I will change lightbulds, put on new door handles, paint rooms, and mount things on walls, but more than that, I call a professional. I have guys that I've been using for years that I trust to do a good job.

    No, because where the government makes funds available for anything, a feeding frenzy ensues and 90% of the money is stolen and not used for what it was earmarked in the first place. Instead of bailing companies out, the government should make it easier for companies to do business.
