    The automation detects if 30 litres has been used between midnight and 4am. It has alerted and saved us numerous times. I also have automation is place for 2Kl. works very well. Alerts on phones and google home speakers

    I have automation in place to heat our geyser 1h30 before loadshedding. Purely to have hot water to bath the kids.

    I use one of these with a D1 mini. Very simple. I then use the city of cape town api with my creds to get the latest meter readings. Automation is then in place to detect potential leaks.

    We had a 70 000L leak under the driveway. When we opened up the driveway i asked for the order water meter to be installed next to the municipal meter so i could detect potential leaks. It has saved us many times. I have an automation which triggers from midnight to 4am. If 30litres is used...

    Was a horrid task removing that board with no heat gun haha. Yes, i lifted the tracks and had to find alternative connection. All worked out though. I recently had to remove it and attach again to do some testing

    Automation (not yet tested) to buffer the heating of the geyser if it falls within and your backup doesnt heat geyser. This is what my dash looks like. The timers on the board have been reset and its entirely controlled via home assistant:
