What Siemens agents did you use? I have endless headaches trying to get my 2016 EQ7 fixed and the agents I have it now at in Pta seems to just bugger it up more. Really at a point where it seems I will have to go and dump the thing on the rubbish heap.

If Luno goes down (And yes what is happening is worrying me), then all my few btc goes down with them.

Without having the faintest idea how this works, is this now the time (or has that time past) to move what one has from Luno to cold storage (less than R100,000)? Will that save your BTC is Luno goes down or is this not the way to go?
Apart from a hickup a while back, I have not had issues with Altcoin either, it just seems that they are not preferred? Is it because they are a small company vs Luno? I just want my money to be in the safest one, not one that might fold down the line.
