Thank you everyone for your replies. I was actually hoping that someone had opened up their sensors to see what chips are being used and if replacement chips can be added.
Or alternatively if the Bekn chips were used and it could have been flashed with the new ESPhome. I saw mentions of a Tuya...
Yes, I did see that, but I've seen quite clever stuff coming from some users on this forums. So I was hoping maybe someone had found a workaround before I invest in their products
Hi
Has anyone been successful in integrating some of the Rainpoint sensors into Home Assistant?
I am interested in their Wireless Pool Sensor which looks quite nice.
I see that it is working wirelessly, with a Smart Mini Hub that then connect to your Wifi and gives you access to their app...
I have done 3 CBI Circuit breakers, 4 CBI Wifi Wall Plugs and also the CBI Isolator with ESP12S chips. All of them running perfect with ESPHOME and interfacing with Home Assistant.
Circuit breakers run my Poolpump, Borehole and Pressure Pump. Isolator used with Geyser if I do need to switch it...
Hi,
I've got normal Sonoffs and Sonoff POWs in a DB board mounted with specially designed 3d Printed mountings that I had designed.
If you've got access to 3D Printer, you can maybe use these:

I have a borehole pump and also my swimmingpool pump that I am controlling with a Sonoff POW R2s.
I have a small DB outside that contains some plugs for my Pressure pump, as well as 2 MCBs for my Swimmingpool pump and my Borehole pump. I've added Sonoff POWs directly on the output of the MCBs...
I am currently busy implementing something similar for my D2 gate motor as well.
I however went for a WEMOS D1 Mini, with a Voltage converter linked to the ADC pin. I am measuring the LED Voltage output of the control board and it is just over 4.5V, so I had to scale it down for use on the ADC...
Hi
No, not uploaded any STL's as yet. Busy with a few changes to the POW design in order to be clipped to a wallmount for easy detaching if needed. I did not want any screw holes from the front originally, so I am changing the housing to use clips.

Thanks.
Most of it was very specific to my own needs and requirements and I (and the wife) wanted everything to be nice and aesthetically pleasing, so I maybe went overboard with fancy designs.
Also don't know if there is such a high demand for these things in SA as yet. Maybe in future
I've been a member for quite a while, but this is one of my first posts, so I hope I can add some value to the discussions going on.
I've been in a process of automating most of my appliances in my home, and have bought a ton of Sonoff Pows, Basics and SVs and even a few S26 plugpoints for...
