    Rain canceled subscription in Jan but money deducted agin this month

    How so ..I canceled and she did explain that money will be deducted end of Jan which is the last payment and it went through coz my contract payment goes off on the 25..so she said the amondeducted on the 25 Jan was for Jan usage and Feb we wouldn't be charged anything now it went through why
