    Eskom wants solar power users to pay R938 per month - even if they don't use its electricity

    Eskom does not have the right to make that order happen. If I choose to go solar they can go F... Themselves. They have been aid standard for years now that's to corruption in management and BBE companies. Parts probably became more expensive due to having to order them through said BBE...
