    Yes, this is true. I think it's because Amazon simply has so much money to throw around. TA is modelling themselves on Amazon and benefits from domestic legislation. But this is really just a guess. I could be completely wrong.

    They've credited my TA account already. But that's part of the problem. It's usually quite a hassle to get TA to process a refund. Here they processed a refund within one minute and I did not even request it. And they did not even deliver anything.

    🤣 Probably. But I was so upset with everything defrosting. I lived in Durbs at the time. But it just put me off from Bosch appliances. It's still one of my favourite brands though.
