You know, a few friends of mine living in the US also told me about this.
Amazon would deliver incorrect items and then let them keep the goods and still replace with the correct item.
I think you're right about someone realising that the price was too low.
From R3300 to R700 is quite a drop.
But at the beginning of the year woolies opened a new liqour store in Bryanston and accidentally made the opening specials avaliable nationwide on the Dash app.

Yes, this is true.
I think it's because Amazon simply has so much money to throw around.

In my mind I'm imagining what its like when I ask a friend for a favour. And he says something like, "Agh don't stress. I'll sort it out".

I'm actually grateful for the clients I have. I seriously considered immigration before all that nonsense started to break.
But my entire family is here and my wife loves SA so much. And if I'm honest, so do I. I feel like we need to make it work. Even if the conditions are tough and the moneys...
🤣 Probably. But I was so upset with everything defrosting. I lived in Durbs at the time.
But it just put me off from Bosch appliances. It's still one of my favourite brands though.
I mostly work for government and NGOs. Not in SA.
