    If you can't wait to get your 5G service up and running, the first invoice is calculated on a pro rata basis i.e. if you sign up on the 24th of July for example, then you only need to pay for 7 days of use i.e. 7/31 x R199 = ~R45 etc.

    @feesbees: Do you have any screenshots showing the PCI and EARFCN values of the 5G tower when the service was operating normally ? If you can connect to the weak signal try to see if these have changed. If so, you may be able to return them to the previous settings from the 5G Cell Lock section...

    Have you tried to force the router to connect to one of the 5G bands from the Developer Options Menu ? Just use your router password to sign in. Go to the NR5G Band Lock section and select just Band 41 and Band 78 and Apply. After the router has rebooted itself check the Device Information menu...
