    VOX crushes CISP in customer service and client interaction

    I am still waiting now day 7 for Vox to re-connect me. Already have existing Fibre line so not sure what the delay is. From the 5 or 6 calls I have made to Vox I conclude it is just incompetence.

    ISP

    Are ISP companies accountable to any body or organisation?? Who do we escalate issues to involving our ISP?? Who checks up on them when they refuse to assist??
