Hi Insect, This makes sense. My whatsapp does have a back up but if I go the normal way..settings/whatsApp/chats/restore. It tells me there is no backup so it may have been corrupted. I am going to try first via connecting to pc..if it doesn't work I will do the WhatsApp documentation and see... -

Hi guys, Hi guys, I experienced some problems with WatsApp... One clients' entire chat went missing so I did a trouble shoot and was advised that I should uninstall WhatsApp and then reinstall it again. Which I did and subsequently ALL my contacts chat threads are now gone! And my Whatsapp...
