    Yes, I held it on the blue until you could hear 4 beeps and it did not work, as well as trying on the red and holding it down until 4 beeps and still nothing.

    Must the buttons be in red or blue when pairing, struggling for find more info on the net about the Eachen Wifi switches as the pamphlet is so vague and does not contain how to pair information.

    Hi guys purchased the eachen 4 gang and 2 gangs to try out with Alexa, but cannot pair nor link to ewelink, as there is no blue light blinking on the device only glows either blue or red and cannot pair the devices to my switches.Any assistance is hugely apperaciated.

    how did you guys get yours working? I downloaded the app from 3rd party website for the Amazon app to work here in SA. I have the Cube, Dot, and Echo, but the guard function on the dot does not show me that option ? Any suggestions?

    Have you guys ever thought from buying from Amazon? for me it looks like a good deal compared to Incredible corruption as the prices are hugely inflated unless it is on special.
