FTTH for Bridgetown/Silvertown/Parktown/Kewtown area (Cape Town)

Any news on this? I live in tarentaal toad and they pulled cable saying it was fibre in nov 2019.but no action since then? Ive signed up everywhere but no can give a date and fixed lte is so unreliable and expensive
