    Happens to me quite often as well, will work for our first game, pull everyone out to lobby and boom no audio. A restart of the game usually fixes it.

    Keep the console open and as soon as you see the accept button, there should be information containing a primary server which you'll connect to (likely 'jhb') and a failover server, otherwise once you connect to the game, 'status' should give you the ip of the server as well.
