Yeah thanks, that will be a great way to get the extra work done on the shoulders. And what's good about that, its not moving from one machine to the other which might be occupied. Although I can see the visible difference in my delts, its just the strength now that must be improved.
Bit disappointed after my shoulder workout today. In my sixth month of weight lifting now and shoulders are definitely making the slowest progress with weight progression. Can still for some weeks now barely manage four full sets at 12 reps of lateral raises at 7.5 kgs, and 5kg on the machine...
