    Mine is still not working, still waiting for my line to be released even though cool ideas collected the router this morning. Maybe it's half switched off. Speeds test fine. Impossible to stream anything though.

    Mine was using a Unifi Router and all Lan cables which Tech Doctor came to confirm.

I had a 20 and never got more than 18.5, was told it was close enough by Retentions guys, asked if I can pay 90% of monthly charge and tell them its close enough.     Done that numerous times with your tech support, retentions, and a manager. You guys even sent tech doctor here. We sell IPTV and yes it's streamed from US but which you blame but the cool ideas customers have probelms. Othe Isps even with slower connections have no problem and in the same area...

    No I am having issues with cool ideas, I have 160 clients all using it but only a couple of people left on cool ideas have problems. Uncool ideas just blame it on everything else then eventually agreed to cancel.

    I'm glad I only have a couple of hours left with uncool ideas. Between the poor performance and the way already frustrated paying clients are being treated. Sad how a year ago we actually used to recommend cool ideas to our customers for streaming.

    It has been going on since January have spoken to lots of people including a so called manager. Then got apology from technical call centre guy who basically said cool ideas where not willing to do anything more. You should be able to pull the voice recordings.

    Mine isn't with Octotel it's with SADV and has been totally unusable all day, normally only a couple of hours a day which was my problem. Today just made me greatful it was my last day with them.

    Had either you or the other manager on the phone and he agreed that cool ideas cannot deliver and accepted a shorter Cancellation notice period. We have over 160 streaming clients currently and I can see the status of each connection and what isp they are with and who is having problems...
