On a lighter note, this looks to be exactly what I need.
I went ahead and order 1 of each plug (Zigbee and ESPHome) to test.
Looking forward to seeing what they have to offer :)
Does anyone know the "polling rate" of the Zigbee or ESPHome plugs?
I have some generic plugs from TakeAlot, and the polling rate seems to be 5 seconds, 30min or anything inbetween.
They also Tuya based, which takes like 3 integrations to even get the data you want (something as simple as total...
Add up all the Wattage numbers of the things you want to power.
Does it stay below 1Kw (probably)
If they all use 500W combined, that would give you just shy of 2 hours of power.
Keep this in mind when shopping for a unit.
Not sure what the wattage usages of TV's and Laptops are these days.
Personally loving these responses xD
The devices make fans go vroom no matter what.
The menu is locked, not even the reseller can access them.
If someone finds a way, please share, but it seems the reseller is not the one to provide the answers and the factory/supplier has not even provided...
That's a recent sale right... pretty sure when I was looking for one last week your price was still R40k+
Probably a dumb question to ask, but I will ask it anyway.
Why are these selling everywhere for R12K now, when in the past they were all R40k+
Even on TakeAlot they were R40k according to...
It's been plugged in now for +-16 hours, fans are still spinning away.
It's definitely quieter, but still loud.
I see it flickers between 27.6v and 27.7v constantly every second or so.
I just received the NV-TI-3052.
So far so good, just VERY noisy fans while plugged in.
The minute you disconnect the power and it goes to battery mode, the fans stop.
Also TakeAlot was crazy with it's prices xD
I ended up getting it from a different place.
