"Device is currently offline" on Rain 5G
I got my 5G today, upgraded from 4G. On the rain website it is written in red "Device is currently offline" however my 5g seems to work okay for the most part. After moving it around all day I get 250 MBPS download but only 14 MBPS upload. The upload doesn't satisfy my needs I am a youtuber and...- JinxGSA

It actually came with the indoor Router. I actually put on top my chimney just to see if I get better speeds but it was worse. The best signal I get is if it is on my stoep or by my lounge window. If the Outdoor Router will work better I will ask them If I can have that instead. Thanks for the...- JinxGSA

Rain 5G Outside Coverage Area
I live on a farm and has been for the last 6 years, We had no internet coverage as ADSL lines kept been stolen and as such Telkom just stopped replacing them. Eventually Telkom LTE 4G came around but we were about 2 KM outside of the coverage according to their map. We got the Telkom LTE anyway...- JinxGSA
