Cellphone for seniors/limited ability
Look into an iPhone with Assistive Access turned on. Not sure if theres something similar on Android. It is on iOS 17 and up and is a native feature.- jnvdh06

You can scan with the native Samsung camera app. https://www.tomsguide.com/how-to/how-to-scan-documents-on-samsung-smartphones-tablets Otherwise look at Notebloc, Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft Lens. These are also a few good options.
