    Telkom voluntary severance packages – No decision as yet

    I use several Telkom services. The level of incompetence is truly horrific. It is therefore unsurprising to me that they have to lay off staff. Perhaps if tehir staff were properly trained, motivated and managed they would not have to lay them off?
