    Hi - The issue remains - Please revert - unable to establish VPN tunnels (like we were able before. This is critical to the service. Once reverted, please let me know and kindly prioritize resolution (like it used to work prior to your BNG/L2TP changes WITH the static IP.)

    Thanks, but seeing as it is PPPoE, i believe that is a change you need to do your end.... Also, NOTE, ONLY do this is the issue I had was resolved and you are confident it is.
