    Correct, and I tried that, but apparently they had neglected to do something on their provisioning system and they had to do that first. (As described in my original post).

    Apple iTunes Match. Not exactly a streaming service, it's the predecessor to Apple Music. But what it does is "bless" all your MP3s so they are legal, and let you delete and redownload high quality copies from the iTunes music store. I far prefer this as I prefer to curate my collection rather...

    sorry to hear, that sounds more extreme than my case. In my case i went to them in person at the 14th ave HQ. Call centres defintitely not helpful.
