    My card was rica'd almost immediately as purchased direct from Rain.

    Have already been set apn. Have applied on router and applied when testing on my phone. No network on either.

    Managed to get a new sim from Rain and the sim is Rica'd and activated, but can't pick up a network on my TP-link 4g lte router or on my Hauwei Mate 20 Pro. Apn settings for Rain applied on both.

    Any assistance Rica'ing without a cellphone? I checked whether there is coverage in this area and it has 4G. However, when I insert the Rain sim in my phone, I receive an error that there is no service available for Rain 4G. Now I am stuck with a modem, but no way to RICA the sim.
