    Hi, I've currently got a 4mb dsl line with Telkom, I get 350kbs to 400kbs download speed on a good day. I want to know if I downgrade to a 2mb line will i get even lower speed? or will I get the same seeing that I'm not even close to 1mb. And also, will it affect my streaming? I'm in...
