That was the original intention and it sorts out at least 1 location where I need power. I have an alt-power DB already installed taking inverter-gen power, but the genny belongs to my business.

I intend to throw out the 7.2A.hr lead acid battery of my Mecer desktop UPS and replace with a 100A.hr LiPo4 batt, and connect a 30A Li VICTRON charger direct ( therefore in charge-parallel) with the endemic trickle charger. Will this damage my LiPo4 battery?
