    on a good day 15 Mbps+ both up and down have done 45 Mbps on a bad day less than 5 Mbps down and 10 Up some times even less than 1Mbps up or down - restart helps (only for a short period though) , ISP just don't care to fix the issue - now they blame IT on Load Shedding
