    I believe that at the moment it would be considered an asset and must now come under control of the provisional liquidator - so messing with it now could be an offence. (The website/s the tin servers and the trading bot lease)

    I do suppose that should the liquidator determine that assets of MTI are in possession of another party he could under this order secure the safeguarding of those assets to prevent disposal
