Mecer fan

Hi . I got n new mecer 1200va inverter How does the fan opperate. Does it goes off and on. Because it is off now while it is charging. Its not on. I unplugged everything. And it is swich off. But it show it is charging. Is the fan going to be off the whole time while charging. Or will it go on...
