    What's this nonsense and since when ..... 20Mbps - Subject to a monthly threshold of 100GB. Once you’ve reached your monthly data limit, your connection speed will be limited to 4Mbps for the remainder of the month.

    I had 10210 reset my ADSL port twice today, no joy. 30 min into the 2nd call I convinced them to escalate it . Now we wait !!!!
