No I've tried with and without caps lock, makes no difference. It also says captcha not case sensitive anyway so cannot be that.- KABKAB

eHomeAffairs - getting it to work for you
I've been trying for weeks to do the online process for passports, but I cant even get past the login section. It keeps asking for captcha and then tells me captcha is wrong, but its not wrong, not sure whats going on. Anyone else had this problem?- KABKAB
