WebAfrica committing fraud

HI Walan. I am having a serious fibre issue. I am not being allowed to use WebAfrica is even thought I am not under contract. There was a dodgy deal that was done with a company called Apexeon for 10 years. So even though we have fibre, we are supposedly restricted by Vodacom
