    They will give you eb600. I went through the same scenario. Best option is to find an equivalent (same price) or better item on the eBucks store and ask them to replace your item with that and you possibly pay in a small difference if required

    Definitely don't accept that. I upgraded mid month, had my CC balance transferred to my new CC account and earned ebucks on the full spend. I didn't have the overdue amount issue though, but they need to fix that as it wasn't your fault
