    RICA does not work in Chrome on a laptop. I never received the promised SMS's Discovered by accident the RICA process works from my celphone. Speed issue is not resolved

    The RICA issue has been resolved. The terrible speed issue remains - a serviced advertised as 10Mbps best effort should be able to stream at 40% of the best effort advertised speed reliably for a few hours per week.

    Ticket #2071750: of 8 June - no support from RAIN yet, but I managed to find the solution on my own. Sent a PM earlier on bad speeds yesterday - guess I will have to wait at least 12 days for support?
