Econovix (formerly Jacklin Enterprises) is up to some shady stuff, please help!

Hi, Did you have any joy. I just received a phone call about an amount I apparently owe, but I cancelled my subscription in Feb 2020. The Collection agent doesn't have a history, just my name and an amount.
