    Well I can't go to Vuma directly without a reference number , Vodacom can't give me a number. It's just an annoying process.

    Thanks, tried this. Keep getting an error saying there's already a package available on my number..which I do. But it's juys a 5GB package.

    I already have 5GB product with Afrihost on my sim, the consultant that I spoke to on whatsapp said this was a problem and the package could only be activated on the 6th. Which doesn't help me

    I'd be happy with this option temporarily. Depending on how fast they can activate it for me.

    Another user helped check this and the line is still active . Can afrihost in anyway assist with uncapped data on my existing MTN SIM ?

    Oh god, is there anyway to escalate this ? At this point I'd rather switch or an uncapped LTE package

    I'd be happy to move to another ISP and Fibre provider but VUMA owns a monopoly here. Seems a VUMA issue though

    I don't know what Vodacom is doing. They just keep saying they logged a call with Vuma. But they can't give me a reference number.
