    Should I request a new line from vumatel? And who should I lodge a complaint about? Afrihost? Thank you so much for your help, I was so lost

    No I did not have a prior line, the line belonged to the previous tenant and they were with Afrihost, no Afrihost does not have exclusivity rights as far as I know, I am told to get hold of the previous tenant, of which I wouldn't know we're to start, I don't see how this is my problem tho

    I have just moved into new premises and wanting to install fibre to home through Vox and Vumatel, to find out that the line is blocked by Afrihost:confused::confused:
