    hey i’m having the same problem with Rain R250 off peak package. i’ve heard a lot of people say that it is restricted and they have no version of a unrestricted APN, do you know of anyway i can bypass this, i have a huwawei b315 router

    what if i take the Rain sim card and put it on a device like a tablet or a phone and install a VPN on there and just use that as a hotspot. would that work ?

    my ISP is rain and the package is unlimited except for between 6-11 at night, i’m thinking maybe the APN. is restricted because it is cutoff between 6-11
