    Problem solved. The Mikrotik was trying to force an Ip via a static Ip setting. Changed the setting on the Mikrotik to automatic Internet configuration, all works ok.

    192.168.8.1 is the default. My other routers use 192.168.1.1 That's why I set the lte router in the same range

    Yes I think so, under the DHCP I set the IP address to 192.168.1.1 with the Ethernet settings to Auto. I have tried port 4 Wan/Lan and port 1

    The signal is excellent speeds are around 49 Mbps. Works great when connected to my laptop but no internet when I connect to the Mikrotik
