    I feel I am being ripped off. I upgraded from a 4mb adsl to 10mb uncapped Adsl to increase the FUP. Our usage is about 250gb a month. With the new lte package that I am being forced to take, we will be throttled by mid month.

    Telkom FUP cap errors

    Hi. We are in Cape Town and have been hit with FUP level 3 on a 4mb line. We only ever hit level 1 once in 2018 Anything else we can do to get this resolved?
