    Here’s how South Africa’s new cannabis laws apply to people living in complexes

    If people use carbon filters and big fans won't there by weird vibrating noises?? I wouldn't care if people grew on their balconies or inside. I suppose the only concerns with indoors? Wiring/fires, spillage, noise, air output, vibrations?! Wonder how complexes are going to handle this...?!
