    "Device is currently offline" on Rain 5G

    My 5g router is on and the wifi light is green, the 4g and 5g lights are off and on my rain profile says "Device currently offline" I tried contacting the customer care line but no one EVER answers and I've wasted enough airtime. I have loads of work to do and this so inconvenient.
