    I'm paying prime - 0.65 for both of my properties with Investec. Both bonds were registered this year. The 1st bond was moved from FNB where I was paying prime + 0.25. 2nd bond was for a property purchase this year. I got: 100% at Prime - 0.65 for 20 years - ABSA 100% at Prime - 0.3 for 20...
